Commercial Project Management

Large projects which have a diverse or complex content or are ongoing over a long period of time are taken care of by Spectrum's Project Management Division.

These projects are overseen by our senior project manager who takes responsibility for the entire project from the quote stage through design and manufacture to final invoicing. This system ensures that the project receives the utmost attention to detail and the client can refer to one person for any information.

The full resources of our company are employed to ensure that all aspects of the project are carried out according to specification and time schedules. These resources include our estimating and planning department in conjunction with our Design Engineers, CAD Drafting Department, Q-Base Quality Engineers and the Company Directors.
