An opportunity has arisen for an additional Project Manager in our Auckland team who can be based in either Auckland or Waikato if you’re prepared to commute.
The main duties include:
- Supervision of installation teams on various construction sites
- Liaising between main contractor and Spectrum's project management division
- Conducting site surveys
- Ensuring Spectrum's H & S policies are adhered to
- Assisting with installation of Spectrum's Balustrade, Overhead Glazing, Louvre and Architectural metalwork systems.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Experience leading multiple teams on a range of varied projects
- A full NZ drivers license and be comfortable and experienced towing trailers
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the construction or a related industry
- The ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
- Experience using project management software and other cloud applications
- A desire to deliver top results, guide and motivate their teams
- A willingness to also personally learn, grow, and develop within the company
